About the Author
Murray Raphel built a small clothing shop into a multi-million-dollar retail complex. He has given hundreds of seminars around the world on sales and marketing. Raphel is the author of eleven books, including Up the Loyalty Ladder and Tough Selling for Tough Times, co-written with Neil Raphel
About the Illustrator
Steve Hickner is a film director at DreamWorks Animation. He has directed the films The Prince of Egypt and Bee Movie. He has also worked as storyboard artist on Peabody and Sherman, Shrek Forever After, Over the Hedge, Madagascar, Shark Tale, and Antz. Hickner has worked at a number of studios, including Walt Disney Animation Studios and Steven Spielberg’s Amblimation, where he was a producer for An American Tail: Fievel Goes West and Balto. He recently began working on DreamWorks’ theme park and location-based projects. He frequently lectures at universities throughout the United States.
