Neil Raphel
Neil is one of the founders of Raphel Marketing, with a 30-year background in direct marketing. He started several divisions of the company, including Brigantine Media (publishing division) and Supermarket College (annual marketing conference for the supermarket industry). Neil has co-authored seven books, including Business Success in Tough Times (2009), The Complete Idiot’s Guide to a Successful Family Business (2009), and Up the Loyalty Ladder (1995). Neil has a background in finance and law, and was president of a trading firm in New York City. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of Texas Law School.
Janis Raye
Janis leads the operations of Raphel Marketing projects, including website development, publishing, and direct marketing programs. Janis is co-author of four books on marketing and business, including The Complete Idiot’s Guide to a Successful Family Business (2009) and Business Success in Tough Times (2009). Janis has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Wellesley College.
